Voting will end on October 23, 2001, two nights before the evening gown competition. 50% of the votes will come from the online voting and the remaining 50% will be decided upon by Mabuhay's correspondents. Both results will be added to determine Miss Earth-Mabuhay which will be awarded on the 25th during the evening gown prelims.
